Operations Support Associate

Summary The Operations Support Associate helps ensure smooth day-to-day retail store operations. This primarily non-selling role supports inventory processing, stockroom organization, sales floor replenishment, customer service, and store presentation. Responsibilities Process deliveries, merchandise, tags, RFID scans, replenishment, transfers, and Ship to Home orders. Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery. Assist customers, process transactions, and help keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean and welcoming. Support visual merchandising, store standards, training, and front- and back-of-house operations. Requirements Back-of-house or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and team members. Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds and maneuver throughout the store and stock areas.
