Provider Outreach Liaison & Member Care Advocate
Unilogic Healthcare Management
Unilogic Healthcare Management is seeking a Member Care Advocate to work closely with Account Executives, ensuring that contracted physicians receive needed member care support. This role involves conducting outreach campaigns, visiting provider offices, and documenting interactions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience, with preferred knowledge in Medi-Cal and Medicare systems.
