Paint Sales Associate

Paint Sales Associate
Join locally owned Country Ace Hardware store and help your neighbors tackle their projects big and small.
We're seeking strong, dependable team members who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in delivering a great customer experience. Warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required extensive training provided from day one.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with large and oversized item loadouts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked assigned aisle or department
- Support truck deliveries, stocking, and special orders with urgency and attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with the team using a radio headset throughout your shift
- Train and support peers as needed

Physical & Scheduling Requirements
- Lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- On your feet and active throughout your shift (68 hours)
- Works outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00 $22.00 per hour, based on experience
