Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $127.30

What You'll Do:

• Provide preventive and restorative dental care for pediatric patients
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to children's needs
• Educate young patients and their families on oral health practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Open Dental EMR
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
• Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and care quality

What You Need: Required:

• Valid dental license to practice in Ohio
• Pediatric dental certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Prior experience with standard pediatric cases
• Strong communication and patient management skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in a startup or new program environment
• Familiarity with Open Dental EMR
• Ability to work full-time schedule comfortably

About the Assignment: Join a startup pediatric program at a leading facility in Brecksville. This position offers up to 20 patients per day handling standard pediatric dentistry cases. The facility is equipped to support your practice and provide a rewarding environment to deliver exceptional care to children. Credentialing is approximately six weeks, and travel expenses can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
