A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team. As a Concrete Worker you will be responsible for pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a contract position with an attractive salary of $1100 per week including accommodation. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are fluent in English. Responsibilities Prepare construction sites by clearing obstacles and debris. Set up forms and molds according to project plans. Mix concrete and pour it into designated areas. Smooth concrete surfaces using various tools such as trowels and screeds. Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing coatings. Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed. Adhere to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Strong physical stamina and able to lift heavy materials. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes and their uses. Familiarity with construction equipment such as power tools and compactors. Ability to work at heights or in confined spaces if necessary. Fluent in English verbal and written.
