Are you passionate about quality, supplier relationships, and working directly inside a world-class automotive manufacturing facility?TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Representative to support one of our automotive customers onsite at the Lucid Motors manufacturing facility in Casa Grande, Arizona.In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the primary quality representative between the customer and supplier, helping resolve production concerns, prevent quality issues, and ensure vehicles continue moving through production with minimal disruption.If you've worked in automotive manufacturing, supplier quality, launch support, or resident engineering, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoSupport quality activities at the manufacturing facilityInspect automotive parts for appearance, fit, finish, and overall qualityWork with production and supplier teams to identify and resolve quality issuesHelp investigate defects and support corrective actionsCommunicate quality concerns and provide updates to customers and suppliersParticipate in product inspections, audits, and production support activitiesCoordinate sorting, containment, and rework activities as neededAssist with new product launches and engineering changesHelp identify opportunities to improve quality and manufacturing processesWhat We're Looking ForExperience in automotive manufacturing or a related production environmentQuality, inspection, supplier quality, or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to read and follow quality standards and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsComfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBasic understanding of manufacturing quality processes is a plusPreferred (but not required):Experience working with automotive suppliers or OEMsFamiliarity with root cause analysis, corrective actions, or quality auditsMechanical aptitude or experience with automotive componentsAbout TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
