A prestigious condominium community in Palm Beach is seeking a r eliable, professional, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and occasional weekend availability.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has excellent communication skills, presents a professional appearance, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Indoor Maintenance

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the condominium and common areas
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, and other repairs
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues
• Assist with preventive maintenance and building projects
• Maintain mechanical, storage, and utility areas
• Respond to maintenance requests and assist management as needed

Outdoor Maintenance

• Maintain and clean exterior common areas
• Assist with upkeep of pool areas, decks, walkways, entrances, parking areas, and garage areas
• Perform general outdoor cleanup and minor maintenance
• Assist with landscaping-related tasks as needed
• Perform occasional trenching or excavation when needed for wiring, drainage, or other maintenance projects
• Help with hurricane preparation and post-storm cleanup
• Identify and report exterior safety or maintenance concerns

Qualifications

• Previous condominium, commercial, residential, or building maintenance experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing both indoor and outdoor work
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional weekends
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
