Travel Teacher of the Visually Impaired (Hybrid role)

Location: Tavares FL
Full Time
Start: 8/3/26 – 5/28/27
Caseload: K-12, 22 students, itinerant
Pay: Hourly + Travel Packet Stipends, dependent upon experience and qualifications
Guaranteed hours, competitive hourly pay, and a weekly direct deposit!

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with visual impairments
• Collaborate with families, staff, and other educators to develop and implement
educational plans.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress.

Requirements:
• Educator Credential: Visually Impaired (K-12) required.
•Orientation and Mobility Specialist Certification
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.
