Bindery Associate

Bindery Associate Salary: USD18.5 - USD19.5 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift) Type: Temp-to-Hire Qualifications Must complete and pass an online assessment to be considered for an interview. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Responsibilities Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, drills, collators, and perfect binders to produce high-quality finished products. Review job tickets and specifications to ensure accuracy in cutting, folding, binding, and finishing. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to meet company standards and client requirements. Monitor inventory of bindery supplies, report shortages, and assist with restocking. Collaborate with press operators and other production staff to ensure deadlines are met. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine equipment maintenance. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipping. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ultimate Staffing Services
