This person will have heavy and extensive experience in Litigation, and be able to handle a case load of 20-30 cases that are in progress. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal Able to draft Pleadings for review by Attorney(s) Excellent Research and Writing skills Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedures In depth experience with the Discovery process Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel.
