Job Description: Responsible for management of the Clinical Quality Improvement program and providing direction and support for department and/or unit based clinical process improvement activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field. Experience: Two (2) years QA or PI experience, and a minimum two (2) years progressive management experience. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database and Lean Training License/Certification: If a RN, Current RN license in the state of Nevada required. Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the needs of the program.
