• Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Location / Work Type: On-site | W Innes Street, Salisbury, NC 28144

• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Requirements: 2+ years HVAC service/installation experience, valid driver’s license, EPA certification (Type I or II preferred), lift up to 50 lbs, pass background check & drug screen

What You’ll Do As an HVAC Technician , you will work alongside our supportive facilities team to keep equipment running smoothly.

• HVAC Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems as an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician .

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections to prevent breakdowns, boost energy efficiency, and act as our trusted HVAC Mechanic on site.

• Team Collaboration & Impact: Assist on site improvement projects to ensure safety, reliability, and indoor comfort for all building occupants.

• Positive Energy: Bring a helpful, professional, and can-do attitude to every interaction.

What You Bring To The Team

• 2+ years of experience working as an HVAC Technician , HVAC Maintenance Technician , or HVAC Mechanic

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

• EPA Certification (Type I or II preferred)

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, plus pass a background check and drug screen
