To provide compassionate emotional support and crisis intervention, the full-time Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing various challenges while working remotely from Indiana. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic telephonic support and crisis intervention to individuals in distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems efficiently Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Residency in Indiana is required for this fully remote position Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the regular schedule Strong emotional resilience and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
