Job Description: As a Staff Physical Therapist in the outpatient department, you will have the opportunity to provide top-quality rehabilitation services to patients in a rural healthcare setting. Your role will be crucial in helping individuals regain their physical independence, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based physical therapy interventions to address a wide range of conditions and injuries.
• Monitor and track patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
