As our Pastry Chef Baker, you’ll play a key role in bringing joy to our customers with your baking expertise. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing a variety of pastries, breads, and baked goods with consistency and quality.
• Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Managing inventory and ensuring ingredients are fresh and stocked.
• Upholding COFFEE CULTURE’s commitment to excellence in every bite.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience as a pastry chef or baker.
• A creative flair and passion for baking.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
