Your Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the CQC regulated domiciliary care service , ensuring compliance and quality Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and Care Assistants Build strong partnerships with referrers, local authorities, and private clients Ensure care delivery meets the highest standards of safety, dignity, and respect Drive continuous improvement and find more efficient ways to deliver care Manage budgets, KPIs, and operational performance Foster a positive, accountable culture that encourages growth and teamwork About You Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up in domiciliary care NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards) Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry and care sector regulations Inspirational leadership style with the ability to bring out the best in people Commercially aware, proactive, and passionate about quality and growth Apply for this position Please complete the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
