Construction Recruiting Manager

A leading electrical contractor is seeking a Construction Recruiting Manager to support continued growth across a rapidly growing division. This role will be responsible for building and scaling recruiting efforts to attract top talent in a competitive labor market. This is an opportunity to play a key role in workforce strategy while partnering closely with operations and leadership teams. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for electrical construction roles nationwide Partner with project leadership to identify hiring needs and workforce plans Source, screen, and hire candidates for roles including Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and field personnel Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple regions Develop recruiting strategies to attract talent in a competitive market Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring processes Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or a related industry Experience recruiting for skilled trades or construction management roles is strongly preferred Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, organized, and results-driven Competitive base salary plus performance incentives Long-term career growth with a stable and growing contractor Opportunity to influence hiring strategy and company growth About Us Goliath Construction Consulting is a specialized recruiting firm focused exclusively on the electrical construction industry .
