Unlike traditional rotating internships, ER Immerse focuses on developing the core competencies essential for successful emergency clinicians while emphasizing professional development, communication, and life-work integration. The program combines: Simulation-based learning Hands-on clinical training with live patients Structured mentorship Emergency and critical care case management Client communication training Professional growth and leadership development The curriculum utilizes evidence-based training methods designed around the skills and competencies required for a successful long-term career in emergency medicine.
