Join our team at Mount Holly Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center as a Unit Manager (RN) for Subacute Unit. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-Time: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Same Day Pay available! $79,000/yr.-$100,000/yr.

Responsibilities for a RN Unit Manager:

• Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unit
• Oversees resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unit
• Ensures complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of Nursing
• Actively participates in committee/programs as directed by Director of Nursing
• Participates in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs

Qualifications for a RN Unit Manager:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of nursing experience required; Two (2) years or more years of experience as a supervisor in a Subacute, nursing care Center, hospital or other related health care Center.
