Job Details This company is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for its primary mobile application and its AI-driven coaching experience. This person will guide a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to build features that directly improve members' health journeys. Responsibilities: Own the roadmap and end-to-end development lifecycle for core app features and AI coaching capabilities, from early concept through launch Apply a hypothesis-driven, evidence-based approach to feature definition, combining user research, market context, and data analysis Translate business objectives and member insights into well-scoped initiatives, requirements, and rollout plans Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation practice, including sound test design and meaningful success metrics Set clear goals and key results, and report progress transparently to cross-functional partners and leadership Collaborate closely with adjacent teams responsible for onboarding and clinical data integration to ensure alignment around shared member outcomes Candidate Profile: A demonstrated history of shipping consumer-facing mobile products that customers genuinely value, including work delivered under real technical or business constraints Strong product instincts and an eye for craft and user experience quality Direct experience launching AI-powered product features, with an understanding of the unique challenges involved (accuracy, user trust, and designing for less predictable outputs) Comfort with analytics and experimentation platforms, and the judgment to know when a basic A/B test isn't sufficient Familiarity with modern, iterative product development practices in a distributed team setting An understanding of behavior-change principles and the boundaries between coaching and clinical care, particularly important in a regulated healthcare environment Nice to Have: Experience working with older-adult or Medicare-eligible populations, or a background in consumer health, wellness, or fitness products Familiarity with responsible AI principles and the specific considerations that apply in a healthcare context Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
