Primary Responsibilities:

1. Guide residential buyers and sellers through market evaluations, contract negotiations, and closings.
2. Respond promptly to inbound Zillow Live Tour connections and maintain organized CRM records.
3. Conduct property assessments and deliver data-driven market analysis presentations.
4. Draft, negotiate, and execute state-compliant purchase and listing agreements.

Qualifications:

1. Active Florida Real Estate License (or enrolled in a pre-licensing course).
2. Strong familiarity with Southwest Florida communities.
3. Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset.
4. Commitment to following proven lead conversion processes and CRM workflows.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
