Shift Leader Location: 5110 Eldorado, 450, Frisco, TX 75033-8697 Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at our Frisco location. The ideal candidate will be a flexible team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and grow within the company. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and ensuring excellent service and productivity during your shift. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards. Manage shift activities, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and task delegation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinating with management as needed. Assist in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility. Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands and schedules. Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the team. Ability to lead by example and inspire others.
