Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards. Manage shift activities, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and task delegation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory and supplies, coordinating with management as needed. Assist in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
