In this role, you’ll take ownership of CNC machining and automation processes from development through launch, working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure manufacturable, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. What You’ll Do Develop and optimize CNC machining processes Create machining programs, setup sheets, and cycle times Support multi-axis CNC setup and troubleshooting Lead DFM reviews and support new process launches Troubleshoot machining issues and implement fixes Support quality and capability studies (GR&R, SPC, PPAP) Contribute to robotic and automation development Identify automation and lights-out opportunities Mentor technicians and junior engineers Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams What You Bring 5–7 years of CNC machining experience CAM programming and G-code proficiency Multi-axis CNC machining experience Blueprint reading and GD&T skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability Experience improving quality, scrap, or efficiency Ability to mentor and work cross-functionally Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles Bonus: Automation or robotics experience You’ll thrive here if you enjoy contributing your skills, solving problems, and being part of a team that delivers real-world performance.
