Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services seeks a Part-Time Support Staff member to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals and families in our behavioral health, housing, and community-based programs. In this client-facing role, you will assist with daily living tasks, monitor safety and well-being, support service plans, and help clients access resources that promote stability and independence. Working alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll maintain accurate documentation, follow safety and confidentiality standards, and contribute to a mission-driven, faith-based environment rooted in dignity, inclusion, and social justice.
