We are seeking an experienced WorkFusion Developer / Administrator with strong expertise in WorkFusion and UiPath RPA platforms . The role will focus on platform administration, production support, bot deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, and ensuring stable automation operations.

• Hands-on experience with WorkFusion and UiPath administration .

• Experience managing RPA platform configuration, user access, and security.

• Strong knowledge of bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting .

• Experience with RPA platform upgrades and maintenance .

• Strong production support and incident management experience.

• Experience performing root-cause analysis and performance optimization .

• Ability to collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to provide 24x7 production support and participate in on-call rotations.

• Administer, maintain, and provide operational support for WorkFusion and UiPath RPA platforms .

• Manage platform configuration, user access, bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Monitor automation environments and ensure stable and reliable production operations.

• Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis (RCA) , and performance optimization.

• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production issues.

• Support platform upgrades, maintenance, and operational activities.

• Participate in critical incident management and on-call rotations as required.

• Ensure RPA platforms and automation environments follow operational and security standards.

• Provide technical support and guidance for RPA production environments.
