• 24hr call coverage -- out of house, 6 am - 6 am
• Nursery level I & II -- 0 - 3 patients per day
• Ped floor daily rounding -- 0 - 2 patients per day
• ED consults -- 0 - 2 per day; deliveries -- 0 - 3 per day
• Skills required: nursery level I & II, high-risk deliveries
• UVC or UAC lines (emergency) and circumcisions required
• NRP and PALS certifications required
• Vacation coverage
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
