Responsibilities: As an Assistant Retail Experience Manager, you will support the Retail Experience Manager in the day-to-day and long-term success of your store. This position will help create the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, the team. You will assist with onboarding, managing floor operations, coaching in the moment, performance management & check-ins, scheduling and ongoing education of our Outfitters. You will also be responsible for fostering customer happiness and be knowledgeable in day-to-day functions that help the day run smoothly. Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy (10-25+lb) lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required. Work environment includes substantial communication with customers, working in a retail environment with product displays and stockroom with inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces.
