Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Restock room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas of the hotel including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the management team.
• Adhere strictly to hotel hygiene and safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Handle guest requests courteously and efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
• Dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated areas in an environmentally responsible manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under supervision or independently.
• Good communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
