Front Desk Associate
Timberline Campground is a family-friendly campground located near Crystal Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and the Betsie River in beautiful northern Michigan. We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Associate to help create a welcoming experience for our guests throughout the camping season.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist campers and guests
Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Answer phones and respond to guest questions
Process payments and maintain reservation records
Provide information about campground amenities and local attractions
Assist with camp store and office organization
Help ensure guests have an enjoyable stay
