Luca & Lucy is one of four restaurants opening in the new, innovative dining & entertainment complex at Valley Post.

About the Role
As a FOH Team Member / Bartender , you will have many duties and must perform them flawlessly. At the start of your shift, you will need to set up, stock, and organize all workstations. You are responsible for crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards and creating an exceptional, and memorable dining experience for guests. You will also be tasked with serving guests responsibly by guiding them through the menu and making recommendations for both food and drinks that exceed their expectations. Accurately taking orders, providing friendly, and attentive service, and engaging in conversation are vital to ensuring guests are satisfied and pleased with their experience. Additionally, the bartender should keep the bar consistently stocked and clean.
This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
