Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Clinic Administrator to lead daily operations and support the strategic expansion of our growing, independent medical clinic. In this role, you will oversee financial management, supervise administrative and clinical staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize workflow. This position begins as a part-time role with the potential to grow alongside our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial & Revenue Operations: Manage budgeting, billing, and full-cycle revenue management to support clinic growth.
• Clinic Operations & Workflow: Streamline systems and manage day-to-day administrative tasks for peak operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, support, and schedule clinic staff to maintain exceptional standards of patient care.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines, patient privacy standards, and local/federal healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven financial management experience in a medical setting.
• Background in medical office management and staff supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge contracting with insurance companies for new providers
• Expand marketing for attracting new patients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and medical practice management software.
