Medical Director (IM/FM/Geriatrics) – Syracuse, NY

Compensation & Benefits:
• Estimated earnings: $303K–$338K+ uncapped
• Monthly Medical Director stipend
• Sign-on bonus available

Qualifications:
• BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Post-acute experience required
