Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in our Lodi rehabilitation facility, where you will have the opportunity to engage directly with patients in a supportive and innovative work environment. You will work a consistent weekday schedule from Monday to Friday, with typical hours being 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition through administering a variety of tests and evaluations, including range of motion, muscle strength, and functional capacity assessments, to determine the extent of impairment.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, patient goals, and physician recommendations, including ongoing modifications to adapt to patient progress.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, exercise, and neuromuscular re-education techniques to provide effective treatment interventions.
• Deliver safe hands-on care that aligns with best practices in physical therapy, ensuring patient comfort and managing any potential risks.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on self-care techniques and home exercise programs to promote continued recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing insights regarding patient progress and necessary adjustments to care plans, while also serving as a consultant on adaptive equipment and treatment approaches.
• Supervise and mentor support staff in delivering top-notch patient care, ensuring adherence to clinic standards and protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and neurological conditions. Our patients range from post-operative rehabilitation cases to chronic pain management, providing you with a rich variety of clinical experiences. Qualifications

• A Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, complemented by an extensive benefits package.
