Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER / SITE LEAD Coordinate daily activities with the General Contractor and other trades to prevent conflicts and delays. Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure work is completed correctly the first time. Identify field issues, develop solutions, and communicate concerns promptly to management and the client. Conduct daily job-site meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings as required. Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower records, production tracking, and project documentation. Monitor labor, equipment, material usage, and project costs. Coordinate inspections, punch-list work, and final completion activities. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, General Contractors, and trade partners. Provide clear and timely communication to company management regarding project progress, issues, and needs. Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe. Hold field personnel and subcontractors accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance. Assist with estimating, change orders, billing documentation, and other project-management activities as needed. Represent All-Trades Industrial Group professionally and protect the company’s reputation and interests. Travel to and maintain a consistent presence at assigned project sites as required.
