Shipping Specialist 2nd Shift

Job Title & Shift Shipping Specialist – 2nd Shift Pay & Schedule Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential. Schedule: Full-time | Tuesday–Friday, 4:00pm–2:30am. Responsibilities Process, package, and prepare product to ship. Coordinate with Customer Service and carriers to ensure shipments leave on time and meet customer service levels. Build relationships with carriers to ensure timely pickups and loading/wait times, and troubleshoot over‑short and damaged (OS&D) claims or return issues. Prepare proper documentation for international shipments (e.g., commercial invoices, shipper’s letter of intent, other declarations) and create bookings in a timely manner. Keep track and report inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Provide tracking and other information to customer service. Prepare shipment of orders with quality packaging and loading. Highlight cross‑functional collaboration and ownership. Emphasize continuous improvement and efficiency. Qualifications High School education or GED equivalent (preferred). Ability to multitask and communicate effectively. Common working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of common warehouse procedures (preferred). Six months or more of shipping and/or receiving experience (preferred). Powered industrial truck experience (preferred). Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Strong problem‑solving mindset. Pay Transparency The expected pay range for this role is $20.00 – $22.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
