Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

$2815.20/week -

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Cardiac Cath Lab RN to provide specialized nursing care in a fast-paced electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization environment. This position involves supporting a team tasked with complex cardiac procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient condition before, during, and after cardiac procedures to ensure stability and comfort.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, contrast agents, and validate protocol adherence according to clinical guidelines.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and operate advanced imaging and electrophysiology equipment such as Philips c-arms and Merge Vericis hemo systems.
  
  
• 
  Document procedures, patient responses, and any adverse events accurately in the EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Maintain strict adherence to certifications, dress code, and departmental policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid RN license with active BLS and ACLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in cardiology or cath lab settings.
  
  
• 
  Possess experience in at least three of these service lines: EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to follow direction.
  
  
• 
  Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are required.
