We consistently maintain a 7am - 4pm work schedule except for high volume days/time frames. These positions are full time and immediate!Job DutiesService and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locationsPerform site surveys and move out inspections as well as repairs needed.Accurately communicate and discuss work performed with customer and internal management.Turn in all reports/invoicing/service tickets in a timely manner.Nights/weekend on call rotation currently about one a month.Even mix of new/billable service as well as PM turnover and repairs.Benefits:Company vehicleMedical insurance - Employee premium paidShort/long term disabilityCompany phonePaid holidays2 weeks paid vacation - accrual starts day one401K with company matchAllowance for clothing provided
