Job Duties Receive, inspect, label, and store raw materials and finished chemical products, and pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Handle drums, totes, bags, and containers of chemical products per established safety, OSHA, and EPA procedures. Perform inventory counts, maintain accurate warehouse records, and complete required documentation on time. Operate warehouse equipment safely, keep the warehouse organized to 5S standards, inspect materials for damage or contamination, and support spill response, production, and shipping teams as needed. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. 1+ years’ manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience and training is a plus. Experience Requirements Experience with material handling, inventory management, or shipping and receiving preferred. Forklift operation experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate. Basic computer and scanner skills for inventory tracking and shipping documentation. Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety compliance in a warehouse or production environment. Reliable attendance, teamwork, and clear communication skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move drums, totes, bags, and containers weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work around moving machinery.
