Clinical Program Therapist - Mental Health
Center for Discovery
Center for Discovery is seeking a Program Therapist to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on ensuring patient safety, leading milieu and psychoeducational groups, conducting assessments, and providing case management support. The therapist will coordinate with treatment teams and family systems to optimize care pathways. The position includes facilitating multiple therapy formats (RTC/PHP/IOP), developing treatment plans, and participating in discharge planning and crisis #J-18808-Ljbffr Center for Discovery
