This is a consultative sales position requiring a driven, successful professional who is able to uncover client needs and prescribe solutions. There is a sales quota with minimum expectations for production. The position requires taking care of existing client needs as well as prospecting for new clients, with administrative support and ongoing leads. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. Internal and external marketing, cold‑calling and prospecting in order to increase client base. Schedule and run client appointments and insurance reviews and follow‑up on pending proposals with existing and new clients. Focus on daily activities to obtain new business acquisition. Actively listen and pivot to multi‑line insurance products, offering insurance solutions that are in alignment with client goals. Provide prompt, accurate & friendly customer service. Qualifications Property and Casualty, Life and Health licenses required. Must start with a Property & Casualty license and obtain a Life & Health license within 60 days of hire (will receive $250 bonus). Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Experience in managing client relationships preferred. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening. Dedicated to customer service in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Highly driven to produce new sales. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Willing to take risks and try new approaches to the sales process. Able to anticipate customer needs. Able to effectively relate to a customer. Able to work independently while supporting team goals. Able to work flexible hours to fit clients' needs. Goal‑oriented and driven to achieve goals and create solutions as a trusted insurance advisor by hitting targets and benchmarks. Willing to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
