Position: Physical Therapist - Pelvic Health - Louisville, KY

Location: 210 East Gray Street Suite 807 Louisville, KY 40202

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: Starting at $68,000 annual base

Our KORT Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
• Outpatient pelvic health rotation if current student
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Herman and Wallace or APTA Pelvic Health certification
