Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within a Short Term Acute Care / Level III Trauma Center
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4, delivering safe and effective nursing care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and prioritize patient care
• May be expected to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to work every other weekend as part of scheduled rotation
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center or acute care emergency environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and documentation requirements
