As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support the continued growth of the Teapulse brand. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of store sales, cost control, staffing, and day-to-day operations. Manage staff scheduling, training, performance coaching, and team building. Oversee ordering, inventory, stock counts, and waste control to manage operational costs. Ensure product quality, customer service, store cleanliness, and food safety consistently meet brand standards. Handle customer complaints and on-site incidents, and carry out operational tasks and initiatives as assigned by the company. Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in food & beverage, retail, or hospitality. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of inventory management, scheduling, and cost control. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate, train, hold meetings, and prepare written reports in both languages. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available.) Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $54,000/year, commensurate with experience. Performance-based bonus (up to $24,000/year) calculated and paid out monthly based on KPI achievement.
