Receptionist - Naperville Center, SC1NAPERSCNTRS (SU26) Student Worker Eligibility: Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester or 1 credit hour for Summer semester. Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above. If a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived. If a Student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the Student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Provide reception and assistance to students, faculty, staff, and community residents. Support day-to-day activities of the Center facilities. Greet students and public, answer phones, provide word processing, mail services, and general office assistance. Provide information regarding College programs, procedures and processes. Light cleaning and assistance in keeping facilities neat and orderly. Maintain friendly, welcoming attitude. Qualifications: Education THIS IS A STUDENT JOB. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester or 1 credit hour for Summer semester. Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above. If a first semester student, GPA requirement is waived. If a Student qualifies for Federal Work Study, the Student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds. Experience Proficiency in written and spoken English required. Previous customer service experience required. Working Conditions: Computer, telephone, fax, copier, AV equipment in classrooms. Must be able to rotate duties between regional locations if applicable. Must be enrolled in the current semester for at least 6 semester hours. Federal Work Study Program preferred.
