Our Maintenance Technician isn't just someone with a wrench and a checklist. You're the silent hero keeping the wheels turningliterally and figuratively! Whether it's changing a lightbulb with superhero precision or helping prep a room with care and pride, you'll be a vital part of a team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and community.

What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to for small fixes, handy helps, and practical magic throughout the facility
• Assist the Maintenance Director in keeping everything running smoothly.
• Perform regular maintenance rounds with a keen eye for detail
• Pitch in with seasonal projects and special improvements
• Help ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards (and lend a smile while doing it!)

What You Bring:

• A knack for fixing things and a desire to learn more
• A team spirit and a can-do attitude
• Must have knowledge or basic electric, basic plumbing, basic HVAC, basic indoor painting (especially in healthcare or similar environments) is a plusbut we're willing to train the right, enthusiastic person!
