Part Time Fixed term (64hrs/fn) until June 2027 Managers and Administrative Workers Grade 1 Located at The Alfred The Department We have a great opportunity for a full time Administrative Support position in Respiratory Medicine at The Alfred. The Role This role supports our busy Lung Function Laboratory. Duties include: Front reception work, including phones Checking patients in Creating initial appointments from our “Request List” Completing MBS billing Other administrative duties as required. Skills And Experience Required Strong organisational and customer service skills and demonstrated computer efficiency are essential, as is the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment. Excellence in written and oral communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail is also required. Experience working within a medical environment and familiarity with medical terminology will be highly regarded, however, applicants with strong administrative skills from other fields will also be considered.
