About the Opportunity

We are an established ecommerce and wholesale business looking for a talented, results-driven Email Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist to join our in-house team in Hollywood, Florida.

We're seeking someone with proven hands-on experience in email marketing, customer retention, and ecommerce platforms who can independently manage email campaigns, develop automated marketing flows, and help drive revenue growth.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who understands how to turn email marketing into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and/or Omnisend.
• Build and manage automated email flows, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win-Back campaigns.
• Develop customer segmentation strategies based on purchase history, engagement, and customer behavior.
• Manage email lists, maintain database quality, and improve email deliverability.
• Integrate email marketing platforms with ecommerce stores, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and other platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on email marketing revenue, retention, and ROI.
• Create compelling email content and collaborate on graphics, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and overall ecommerce revenue.
• Collaborate with our internal team on additional digital marketing projects.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven, hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce.
• Strong practical experience with Klaviyo and/or Omnisend.
• Experience building, managing, and optimizing email marketing automation flows.
• Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or BigCommerce.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention marketing, and email performance analytics.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Strong written English communication and email copywriting skills.
• Experience using data to improve campaign performance and revenue.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site at our Hollywood, Florida office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both Klaviyo and Omnisend.
• Experience with multiple ecommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of SMS marketing and CRM systems.
• Basic HTML/CSS and email template design skills.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, or other digital marketing channels.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.

Compensation
