You love the opportunity to exceed expectations- and be rewarded for your contribution to the company!Job SummaryAs the Facilities Specialist at Cady Studios, LLC, you play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This dual role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, event coordination, Office tidiness, construction project support and managing facilities related tickets. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesTreat the Innovation Center like it’s your home, keep an eye on everything so that it’s perfectly maintained, clean and in order. The office must be “show ready” at all times.Quickly address an issue or mess, pull in people to assist as needed.Ensure all facilities are clean, tidy and in working orderEvent coordination and setupSupport in stocking of all suppliesCoordinate maintenance contracts for all 20 locationsManage the facilities ticketing process by receiving tickets and coordinating with local contractors to provide a quick and corrective solution.Ensure all conference rooms are always meeting ready. The chairs are lowered and straight. The whiteboards are clean.Maintain an organized workspace.Visit local studios to assist with small service request.Regularly check in with department heads to seek feedback on any cleanliness or organizational needs for their area.Maintain confidentiality of information, including conversations.Nurture relationships with employees, existing and potential customers.Assist with new studio openingsCreate contract management tracking for all service contracts.Job RequirementsQualifications/Skill RequirementsThis position’s hours are in-person, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.Demonstrate integrity, respect, and accountability in the workplace.If Cady becomes a hybrid environment at some point, this position is not eligible for hybrid work.Maintain a professional demeanor and represent CADY positively in all interactions.Demonstrate integrity, respect, and accountability in the workplace.Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.Adept with technology and can effectively use various software tools.Proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.ExperienceProfessional Conduct: Exhibit professional office behavior, avoiding gossip, horseplay, or unprofessional conduct, as the role represents CADY’s brand.Skills: Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs.
