POSITION SUMMARY

A&A Services is seeking a skilled, resourceful, and dependable Jack of All Trades to perform a broad range of hands-on tasks in support of residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, event, and special project operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, adaptable, dependable, and capable of handling a variety of assignments with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities may vary from day to day and may include construction support, moving materials, equipment assembly, demolition assistance, event setup and breakdown, warehouse support, grounds work, basic repairs, site cleanup, and other labor-intensive assignments. Successful candidates enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and stepping into whatever role is needed to get the job done.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•         Assist with construction, renovation, and improvement projects.

•         Load, unload, transport, and organize materials, equipment, and supplies.

•         Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment safely.

•         Assist skilled trades personnel with project-related tasks.

•         Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup activities.

•         Set up and break down events, equipment, workspaces, and project sites.

•         Assemble furniture, equipment, fixtures, and other materials.

•         Move furniture, equipment, inventory, and supplies.

•         Assist with warehouse operations, deliveries, and inventory management.

•         Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting as assigned.

•         Support grounds maintenance and outdoor work projects.

•         Follow all project instructions and safety requirements.

•         Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

•         Perform other duties and assignments as directed.

Required Qualifications

•         High school diploma or GED preferred.

•         Minimum 1 year of experience performing hands-on labor, construction support, warehouse work, event operations, moving services, landscaping, demolition, or similar work.

•         Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

•         Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

•         Ability to pass background screening and drug testing requirements if required by the client.

•         Strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of assignments.

•         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

•         Experience using hand tools and power tools.

•         Forklift certification.

•         Construction, demolition, warehouse, or event operations experience.

•         Valid driver's license.

•         Experience operating equipment and machinery.

Compensation - Pay Rate

$25.00 per hour - Compensation may vary based on assignment requirements, project scope, experience, and client needs.
