District Manager

The District Manager is responsible for executing the safe reliable and efficient delivery of propane and associated services while positioning the organization as the lowest-cost-to-serve provider in the market. This role provides leadership guidance and oversight to frontline employees to ensure operational excellence regulatory compliance and customer :Safety & EnvironmentPromote a safety-first culture with strict compliance to with teams through field visits coaching and accountability to achieve Zero & Service ExecutionEnsure schedules are met in coordination with Logistics minimizing customer efficient service work including installations leak checks and emergency response; responsible for ensuring compliance is always (both people and physical assets) improving efficiency (route adherence overtime idle time) and managing seasonal workforce & Workforce ManagementLead and mentor employees to align with strategic develop andretaintalent while fostering accountability and performance through effective communication with Area leaders and frontline & Operational EffectivenessManage district finances focusing on controllable expenses like KPIs to drive improvementsoptimizeinventory and manage field capital & InfrastructureEnsure compliance with maintenance programs to reduce costs and maximize equipment fleet and infrastructure to meet operational 5 years of operational management experienceHigh School DiplomaBachelors degreepreferredExperience in the propane industry is strongly preferred. Relevant experienceincludes:waste management pest control construction to manage analyze and interpret multiple P&L statementsHigh levelof customer facing experienceSupervision and development of othersConflict resolution training is helpfulExperience managing field personnelProficient in Microsoft Office SuitesHighly motivated professional individualsAbility to travel in local market as neededLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
